Change of Mind

We do not offer the cancellation or modification of an order’s contents after checkout for any reason some of these include but is not limited to, change of mind, quantities ordered, failure to apply discount codes, shipping information.  Please choose your products carefully when checking out on our online store.

Something’s wrong with my order

We are so sorry! We would love to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. If your order has arrived and a component of it is faulty, damaged or is not quite what you ordered please send us an email to hello@thewonderstore.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include the following details to help us resolve your query promptly; Your order number, photos, and any other details you think may help us understand the situation.
